Poem by Kiersten, 11 years old (Geneva, Switzerland)
The sun goes down, the sky's astonishing red,
We're going to sleep, we're relaxed and fed.
Before we call it a night, out the window we'll look,
We see a strong tree, still firm even if the earth shook.
It's beautiful, and you want this sight to be shared,
But then the next morning, in thin air it disappeared.
